Dynamic heating in the smallest of spaces

PTC Heating Profiles and Cartridge Heaters are dynamic contact heaters that simultaneously provide the function of heating and temperature limitation. They achieve a maximum surface temperature between 60°C and 240°C, depending on the type, and cannot overheat thanks to the PTC effect. With an appropriate design for the respective customer application, the heater is able to set the desired temperature without any additional controls - dynamic and energy-efficient at the same time.

The application possibilities of PTC Contact Heaters are nearly unlimited as they fit in the smallest of installation spaces. Thanks to their multi-voltage capability, they can be operated worldwide at almost the same power output. Being designed in protection class II and being approved according to international standards makes them suitable for applications with high-safety requirements. PTC Contact Heaters are used to heat solids, containers, liquids and devices in e.g. control displays, medical equipment, control valves or fuel dispensers.
